These Terms & Conditions apply to safari packages, Kilimanjaro treks, accommodation arrangements, transfers, cultural visits, and other travel services arranged by Daydream Tours & Safaris.

Bookings

A booking is confirmed only after Daydream Tours & Safaris issues written confirmation and the required deposit or payment has been received. Until confirmed, prices, availability, lodges, camps, routes, and services may change.

Prices

Quoted prices are based on the itinerary, season, number of travellers, accommodation level, park fees, taxes, and services listed in the proposal. Changes requested after confirmation may affect the final price.

Traveller Responsibilities

Travellers are responsible for valid passports, visas, travel insurance, medical requirements, accurate personal details, and arriving on time for scheduled services. Kilimanjaro and safari travel may involve remote areas, wildlife, weather changes, and road conditions beyond our control.

Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for every guest. Insurance should cover medical treatment, evacuation, trip interruption, cancellation, baggage, and activities included in your itinerary.

Accommodation And Itinerary Changes

We aim to provide the accommodation and services confirmed in your itinerary. If a lodge, camp, route, vehicle, or activity becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, we may provide a comparable alternative where possible.

Wildlife And Weather

Wildlife sightings, migration movement, weather, road access, and mountain conditions cannot be guaranteed. Our team plans carefully, but nature and park conditions may require flexibility.

Liability

Daydream Tours & Safaris acts as a tour operator and coordinator for travel services. We take reasonable care in selecting partners and planning trips, but we are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, government action, park closures, illness, flight disruption, or force majeure.
